Commercial/Facility Executive (Soft Services)

Job Summary:

A Commercial Executive position requires a hard-working, dedicated, and enthusiastic individual to oversee the operations of the daily activities and processes of the facilities. This is a fast-paced environment that requires exceptional interpersonal skills, as well as someone who is able to maintain composure in stressful situations. As a commercial executive, you will be required to oversee and coach all employees regarding conduct, professionalism, job requirements, and scheduling.

Building Head/Estate Manager

Schedule:

This is a full time position.

Required Experience and Skill Set:

  • Prior operational experience of at least 4-5 years in facility industry is mandatory.
  • High school Diploma preferred. Degree in Hospitality management desired.

Physical Requirements:

  • Should be physically fit and mentally robust.

Major area of responsibilities and Key Duties:

  • Ensure that department circulars/instructions/various policy letters issued
    by the company are followed strictly by the concerning staff.
  • Ensure that Security/ Housekeeping of the building is of a highest order.
  • Ensure a smooth interaction with all the guests/ clients of the building.
  • Ensure timely billing to all the tenants.    
  • Make a positive follow up with clients for timely recoveries.
  • Update FM/AM on client/ vendor/agencies issues, if any, and to make a written
    correspondence with them as per instructions
  • Ensure that at all the times discipline by one and all is maintained in the premises
    and to boost up the moral of Housekeeping/ security personnel’s/ technicians etc.
  • Ensure timely availability of office stationary/ tea/ coffee.
  • Ensure the availability of Housekeeping & Security personnel’s as per
    scheduled shift & in proper uniform.
