Greening Jaipur: Innovative Landscaping for RBI’s Residential Colonies & Office

Managing the country’s premier Financial establishments residential society comes with its own set of challenges and the need to remain pristine, round the year. The situation becomes tricky, when it is Rajasthan and water is an entity which cannot be used liberally. It needed out of the box thinking, situational awareness and fill gap arrangements to overcome the hurdles.

The Reserve Bank of India (RBI) Officer colony, Staff Colony and Main Office Center in the city underwent a transformative landscaping maintenance and seasonal flower decoration project after Enviro took over FM services of the complex. Our team revitalized the outdoor spaces, creating a serene and inviting atmosphere in the three complexes. The high standards of green areas maintenance are highly appreciated by RBI employees and visitors.

Project Highlights

Landscaping: Enviro horticulture SMEs carried out a series of meetings and close interaction with RBI Administrative staff to plan & develop landscaping of both their residential premises i.e., Officer’s Colony & Staff Colony and the Office Complex. The work started with soil testing of the complex to arrive at suitable plant selection. Selected areas inside both the residential complex were turned into green areas with thoughtfully placed flower beds and hedges. A covered nursery was also developed by Enviro inside the Staff Colony and the output from the same is utilized in all the three complex being maintained by Enviro. Our efforts were supported by the client in terms of providing finances and design approvals. In the Office building, Vertical Garden installation and potted plants were placed and are being maintained round the year.

Seasonal Flower Decoration: Vibrant flowers and decorative arrangements added color and charm to the area.

Ornamental Pruning: Specialized pruning and care taken to maintain ornamental shapes and promote growth of plants accordingly.

Irrigation System Management: Optimized irrigation systems were planned and laid down to conserve water while maintaining plant health.

Lawn Maintenance & Plant Care: Regular mowing/trimming, watering, and fertilization ensured plant and grass growth leading to healthy green lawns.
